Currenly our billing is handled by 3rd party biller. All billing and collection is handled by American Billing Services. If you have any questions relating to bill, please contact them at (503)657-8663.

We will bill all insurance company first before any bill is sent to patient.

For non-insured patients, we require $100.00 deposit before seen by a physician.
